Abby Silverman’s mediation and arbitration practice is built on a long and successful career in litigation, dispute resolution and counseling. Her prior law practice with a leading international law firm focused on employment law and related business issues, including employment relationships and agreements, corporate governance, trade secret and confidential information controversies, discrimination, and cross-border employment issues. Her background demonstrates in-depth litigation and alternative dispute resolution experience focusing on employment issues in a variety of industries. She has an understanding of both the business context and personal implications of employment and workforce issues.
Ms. Silverman is a knowledgeable, effective and skilled problem solver. As a credentialed mediator, she is a member of the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) Employment/Workforce panel (www.ncrconline.com), the San Diego Superior Court Civil Mediation Panel (www.sdcourt.ca.gov), and the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) mediation program (www.adr.org).
